PDF Javascripting for Adobe Acrobat Action Wizard - repost

After OCRing PDF faxes located in a directory, I want to scan the PDF files and add a prefix to their names and move them to new location "Directory". Need to do this via Scheduled Action Wizard in Adobe PDF. Here is the spec in detail: JeffBPaarsa Here is the Spec... Please review and bid separately for each one. I would prefer this to be developed in JavaScript that can be scheduled to be run in Action Wizard of Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10. Project # 1. After doing Action Wizard of OCR in Adobe Acrobat on this directory C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\FaxedPDF, Scan thru all the PDF faxes and eliminate duplicates faxes, copy the file after adding a prefix to the beginning of the file name to another directory and delete the original file. Sequence of action to be performed. 1. All the PDF are located in the following Directory: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\FaxedPDF, so you will process all files located in this directory. 2. Scan all the files, if word "Attach it to Pt. file" exist add word "AttachIt" as prefix to the name of the file, copy them to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeAttached and delete the original file. 3. Scan all the remaining files in the directory, if the PDF files are bigger than 3 pages move them to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\Consult. Add word "Consult" as prefix to the name of the file; delete the original file from the directory. 4. Following steps apply to the remaining faxes "1-3 pages" left in the directory after execution of the step number 2 and 3. 5. Skipping the timestamps on top of each page, if body of the fax is duplicate then add word "Duplicate" as prefix to the name of the file copy it to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\Duplicates , Only one file is kept in original directory. 6. If word "Pharmacy" and "Prior" or "Walgreens" and "Prior" exist Add word "PreAuth" as prefix to the name of the file, and copy it to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\PriAuth and delete the original file. 7. If words "Refill" and "Pharmacy" exist move them to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\FaxedPDF\Prescriptions. Add word "Prescriptions" as prefix to the name of the file. 8. If String "Notice of Action" or "Referral Status Form" exists add word "Referral" as prefix to the name of the file and copy it to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\Authorization and delete the original file. 9. If String "Quest Diagnostics" or "LabCorp" exists add word "Labs" as prefix to the name of the file and copy it to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\LabResults and delete the original file. 10. If String "Radiology" exists add word "Radiology" as prefix to the name of the file and copy it to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\Radiology and delete the original file. 11. All the remaining fills are added word "Misc" as prefix to the name of the file and copy to: C:\$$FaxDrop\Dropbox\ToBeProcessed\Consult and delete the original file from the directory. I am sure there might be lot more criteria that would pop out as I monitor these faxes that I have to add it myself later on... That is the reason I asked you to put a lot of comment on the code because I did not want to keep bothering you for each addition of criteria, because I would have some more task for you to develop. Project No. 2: by popping up a dialog box I want user be able to enter a string of characters like first name and last name or... be able to search into all the directories or select the directory that we have stored those faxes by check marking the directories and saving and keeping directory names for future uses somewhere in user profile....
