Description
ListHub, a Move Inc. company, is looking for a bright, energetic person to help grow our customer relationships. The Partner Integration Specialist will be responsible for supporting the ListHub Channel Partner Team with project and administrative tasks, while managing activities related to channel partner data integrations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist new web sites and services with data integration, acting as liaison to the application development and technical support teams
Assemble and maintain implementation requirements and documentation
Timely and accurate database maintenance, including data entry
Investigate problems; diagnose probable causes; systematically eliminate alternatives; provide solutions
Recognize and communicate product issues, complaints and potential improvements
Coordinate partner communications regarding data changes
Provide post-launch technical support
Gather and maintain accurate partner information
Provide support and assistance on various projects as needed
Prioritize and manage deliverables
Develop and maintain FAQ's and Knowledgebase
Provide technical information to direct management/peers and other functional groups
Proactively address and support sales objectives and organizational directives
Coordinate with marketing team on announcements and special projects
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years technology work experience
Accuracy and detail oriented a must
Excellent aptitude for grasping new concepts and technologies
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
General knowledge Web development and databases (HTML/SQL/XML/CSS)
Ability to work both independently and in groups and set goals based on shifting priorities
Proactive, “can-do” attitude absolutely necessary
