Java program CSV to XML Conversion

Programmer Needed ASAP We are looking for a programmer available immediately to fix/update a JAVA-based program that converts .CSV "flat" files to an .XML relational database according to a specific schema. Data involve confidential health information. We can provide the java program, XML schema, test files, and extensive documentation that was provided to us by the original programmer. The bugs we’ve identified are: 1) 2 variables in the .csv file are not showing up in the xml file. 2) There is a problem with the "name space" in the file name 3) There is a bug in the program that requires it to be installed in a directory with no spaces in the name of the folder. We are looking for a reliable programmer who is able to fix the bugs we’ve identified in the program quickly, and who would be available on an on-going basis if future bugs are discovered. There is also the potential for future contract work, as some of our colleagues have expressed interest in this program but may need a different or modified version tailored to their .csv files.
