Refocus & Reboot IP Camera via HTML Java page

Hello, I am looking for some help to build a java command. I have a number of IP cameras I need to be able to refocus or reboot via a basic HTML page. I have scraped out the CGI commands from the camera and tested the command via a browser. I have attached an example of the basic HTML page, it should have all of the details you need. I believe the Java command is set via a jquery/ajax command. Can you write the code to execute this command to the camera? If possible I would like to display the result in the window to the right of the buttons. The result is sent back as JSON to the web browser. Please could you let me know the cost and timeframe?
