1. Hibernate entity definitions for the database objects. Database objects have varied degree of complexity, starting from 1-to-1 to many-to-many relationships. 2. XML/JAXB Friendly interoperable classes for Entity classes 3. Use Spring Data Repositories for database interactions ( an implementation is already available ) 4. Develop the Service classes ( a basic implementation is already available for all CRUD operations and bulk CRUD operations ). Need to implement the validation methods and additional service methods as may deem necessary for the entity objects and associated business logic 5. Use Spring managed transactions 6. Develop JUnit tests for the Service methods and bulk processing 7. Deploy in Tomcat container
