C# Developer with Angular 8 experience -- 2

I am looking for a C# .Net Core 2.2 Developer with Angular 8 experience to complete a project that is in 70% of progress. - UI enhancements - Responsiveness - Backend APIs NOTE: All work must be done remotely on a computer using TeamViewer. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should have a good internet connection. Also, it is needed to have calls from time to time to talk about the project by skp/zoom. Preferred timezone EST. Si hablas español mejor.
