We are looking to replicate the effect used in the following video: [login to view URL] The effect creates a bunch of random triangles around the cursor & fills in the triangles with a displacement filter, the created triangles will animate their scale to zero & this effect repeats many times as the mouse moves & comes to a stop when the mouse stops moving. The effect will need to work over the top of a looping video with text above the effect that will remain unaffected. We also will require the effect to work in all browsers on desktop but if the budget allows enough time it would be desirable to have it work on mobiles & tablets.
