Review and Enhancement of Sales Agreement/Contract

We are in the business of selling services, and these services require the purchaser to meet certain standards. I am looking for a skilled contract legal person, who is able to take an existing sale/warranty agreement and enhance it to cover all potential liabilities, enhancing our terms and conditions of sale/warranty, whilst keeping the agreement short and in plain english. More information will be provided on our specific business model and a copy of our existing agreements will be provided as a starting point. Proof of work on previous legal sales contracts must be provided, and a verified work history in this field. Knowledge of Australian Commercial Law and Warranties is required.
