format read only sd card

EPS Hello, I don't have much experience with MAC OS but I think I might be able to help. From what I know the issue is either because of the lock switch on the sd card or another issue that just requires you run a command in your MAC OS terminal. This command will require sudo (aka root) access to execute but it should do the trick. I have had this issue before and was able to resolve it using both Windows 8.1 and Debian Linux.
