Need correct format for ffmpeg using v4l2loopback

At the moment I am using this line to loopback /video0 to video5 with v4l2loopback-dkms, but my result is a green tinted output that is flickering: ffmpeg -f rawvideo -video_size "720x480" -i /dev/video0 -fv4l2 -pix_fmt yuv422 /dev/video5 I need an output without the green flickering, so I guess my ffmpeg line has an error. The output on video0 is perfect This is running on a Raspberry Pi 4 with Buster

Hi, I'm looking at the project details and am appreciating the details provided. So i'm looking at it, and it seems like you're getting a video feed and then converting/compressing to yuyv format? I suggest using v4l2 tools. with that, you can see the formats supported, and the formats the camera can output. if it supports yuyv then why not just use v4l2source_yuv to send yuyv frames to the loopback device. It purely depends on how you're using this. In theory, you shouldn't need a loopback and just use yuyv format straight from the video source if supported. If further details can be provided, we could see what we can do.
