Could you give more information about the plaform where VNC has to be fixed ? Linux ? Unix ? Windows ? Do you have the package name of the VNC Binaries ? Except if it is Unix, i should fix this blank screen issue. Concerning Oracle, are the installation source on the server ? What kind of installation do you need exactly ? Do you need me to create some DB after installation ? Do you have an Oracle Support ?
