Personal Home Automation iOS App

I was a MacOS programmer for years, and am now retired, but still keeping busy at almost 75 with my first gadgeteer love, home automation using XTension. While I have several additional associated projects for this app that still need completion, the app is presently 75% complete and 75% working until Spring of this year due to a couple of iOS upgrades, and Xcode upgrades that stopped it from compiling. Xcode identifies about 10 (What I'm told are minor "warnings") errors that need to get adjusted so the useful part of the app will work again. At that time I will have several other iOS projects within the app to be completed, and if that programmer I hire wants to continue, there will be work. If not, you've provided me a meaningful service. As I said at the beginning, I was a MacOS coder, not iOS thou I'm trying, and I first need to get an iOS Guru to get my app back up and running again.
