Support Specialist , Appointment Setter [Recruiting] The support Specialist works with our Director of Opportunity and Director of Staffing & Expansion to recruit and retain the best team of real estate agents in the industry. This person is responsible for managing outbound tele-prospecting activities that help maintain a fully booked interview schedule. This position requires a commitment to the mastery of appointment setting and a bubbly, outgoing, go-getter personality. Qualifications/ Experience: Basic MS Office/MS Outlook and data entry experience Must be able to stay at seated for long periods of time between relief for breaks and lunch; willing to make schedule adjustments based on the needs of the team. Pay: Hourly base plus per appointment show bonus -- $10 to $20++ per hour total possible for motivated contractor. Skills: A willingness to get outside of your comfort zone Outbound calling experience, 'go for the no!' Communicate verbally with internal and external personnel Superior customer service skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for high volume of callers or on-site guests A friendly, positive attitude Manage multiple tasks simultaneously Minimum 15-20 hours weekly commitment required.
