Need html of the email corrected

Hi, this is not a big deal to attach some jpeg images to HTML mail. I can do this task in 10-15 minutes so is the reason I am bidding on this project If you will not be satisfied with my work I will not ask for any money. So its just a matter of 15 minutes for you and starting of my freelancer carrier. To complete this task basic knowledge of HTML tags is required that I already have. Going on some practical grounds <img> tag is used to link the image and formatting of image can be done by "style" tag if I am on wrong track to understand your project please let me know. Thanks
