Out of home advertising work flow detail

Freelancers from Australia only please! Hi I need to understand the Out Of Home advertising business in Australia to document on Visio for a university project. I need a word document summarising the entire process (in as much detail as possible) from start to finish, from the perspective of the buyer of an advertising space i.e. a billboard, and seller of advertising space, to help me understand the entire work flow so I can document this.
