Help with getting exchange to receive emails

Hello I have setup exchange server 2010 sp3 on server 2008 r2. The old exchange server was trashed so we installed the new server with the above details. The mailbox and server settings were mirrored on the new server. mx records setup. At this time we can send emails but we can not receive them. I can not figure this out the firewall seems to be setup right. I only have till tomorrow morning to get this done that's 8 am eastern time usa. Its probably something simple i'm overlooking.

We will quickly identify the location of the problem (Exchange / firewall / network) and then proceed to find a solution. As you say, it may be something simple and overlooked.
