Seeking IT/IA/Network Small Business Guru for Busy Small Tech Consultancy

Small US-based Tech/Web services consultancy seeks one highly seasoned, reliable, productive, and motivated new member for immediate work with a variety of our interesting small business clients. Please respond to this offering only if the following job description, work requirements, scheduling availability, and professional collaboration style show a very high degree of alignment: - Experience: you have been working in the small-business IT/IA/Networking field for over 6 years (ideally over 10 years). - Proven Expertise - General: you possess a thorough, up-to-date, and proven command (both in conceptual planning leadership as well as real-world implementation terms) of all primary small-business, multi-office, and PC-based/Microsoft-centric IT/IA/Networking/Server Admin skills and experience. - Proven Expertise - More Specifically: you are completely confident and ready to bring clarity and leadership across all technical requirements of planning, implementation, administration, and support of multi-office network architecture planning (eg: multi-user, multi-office PC workstations, printers, and their cogent networking) , delivery of server administration (eg: running variety of network accessible apps), overseeing of Office-356/OneDrive migration and administration (eg: both for multiple workstation cloud back-ups backups but also for company-wide access to a secure file repository of your recommendation, installation, and admin,... among all other normal and common IT/IA admin expertise expectations. - you are available immediately. - you are amenable to initially demo'ing our collaboration capacity, to mutual satisfaction, on a project-by-project basis (example: 5-10hrs/week) before determining whether a greater commitment would be mutually desirable (10-20 hours/week). - you are a clear and friendly team-player who can be counted on to think creatively, advise realistically, work efficiently, collaborate cooperatively, and consistently deliver on-time/on-budget results of highest professional quality standards.
