PARTY ANYWHERE - APP music file share for iPhones and iPads

FUN Simple app is needed. When you're driving or going on a holiday with friends, you want to all share your music while together. This app allows you to TEMPORARILY listen to the same track (on or off headphones) while you are in each others proximity. No limit on how many songs can be listened to WHEN TOGETHER. This app has one purpose: to allow several people to choose songs in their individual music libraries and combine them in to a single, temporary playlist. Uses: *To start the party anywhere!!! *Merge music while on a road trip, at a party, or somewhere without internet (like the beach) Benefits: *Offline, uses music already in your possession; uses bluetooth to connect devices * No contract (spotify charges $10/month or something like that for their mobile app); this is a one-off payment of $.99 or whatever and yours Limitations: *App lasts as long as there are at least 2 phones connected *No time limitation (can last 20 minutes or 5 hours) *No song limitation (as many songs as you want) *No videos or other media at this stage Operation: *All users download the app and open it. App automatically detects the other phones and has the users connect their signals *Users create lists of songs in the app on their own phones *When done, they select a "host phone" and share their app lists to that phone *The songs can then be organized and reordered *When done using the app, user(s) can disconnect either individually or as a group Important: *This app can be used by any type of smart phone, not just iphone (hopefully; if not now, in future) *Selection of host phone is important as (even in the iphone world) not all phones connect using the same port *When a user disconnects from the service, either by design or accident (due to loss of battery, whatever), the rest of the playlist not contributed by that phone remains intact (if the host phone is the one affected, a notification pops up and asks if the users want to migrate the list to another phone - again, with no loss in music except for the songs contributed by the affected phone) *On that note, this app needs to be easy to connect to and disconnect from by individuals and the group. More users/music can be added and playlist reorganized on the go. An individual can sign off very easily without damaging the playlist (and thus incurring the wrath of everyone else lol!). Should everyone wish to end the session, the user of the host phone holds that ability (thinking about an "end session" button but with funkier lingo *In creation of these playlists, users are not subject to loss of license. As itunes only allows you to "copy" a song to 4 devices, someone may not want to (or be able to) join the fun. This app should not impede their ability to copy songs in any respect; it is only temporary, and they will still be able to use their own music however they want Market: *Namely teenagers and young broke people like myself!! People who do not want to be under contract or can't afford it *To a broader extent any group of people with smart phones that want to make a communal playlist of their music Needs to be done in about 2-4 weeks.
