I need a mobile app designed that accesses a phones photo gallery , lets you choose which photos you want to be printed and mailed, I need a page that collects all the necessary info like payment method and address, also I need the app to be able to look up the incarcerated recipient of the photos mailing address and number if so needed, the app should be able to access the department of corrections data bases in different states, if you would look at the app jpay you would understand better.
