iPhone application - please respond

We are looking to create a scalable mobile platform that will contain: a. Facebook login with remember login option / and email login b. Ability to import friends from facebook, twitter, contacts as well c. I want the user to be able to start a conversation/discussion thread (a topic) d. I want the user to be able to add a picture to their discussion thread with comments and like similar to FB e. I need ability to share images with other users on the app and on facebook or twitter....and comment on images f. Send and receive private messages (less important but still could be great....) f2 I want them to also be able to become friends within our app....so if they like someones post they can request a friend..... g. Must have push notifications h. Reward our top content creators with badges - Badges will be from the book theme (handcuffs, tie wraps etc) [login to view URL] our most popular users with badges - Other user can click favorite and follow another user and user posts. This is how we will calculate then reward popularity. Example if 100 people favorite 1 user, that 1 user will receive an honorary badge(example Handcuff image) which recognizes this distinction. There will be a news feed which will feed RSS directly from our Blog 2 Game or many games [PLEASE PROPOSE GAMES THAT YOU HAVE DONE BEFORE OR THAT WE COULD RE-SKIN OR THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE PROGRAMMING] a. We want to launch several games in the app but start with 1 game. We are thinking a game similar to: i. A quiz or trivia game . We need to make money therefore we need to embed more difficult in-app purchase levels. ii. A fun memory type game that we could reskin to our content iii. A role playing game , that will have a map, where the main MAN character will assign the user tasks to complete....I can expand here later if necessary.... 3 An in-app marketplace (LATER Phase) a. Not part of original launch. We want to sell or present our users actual products or promote products for other companies with push notifications We know that our community of 400k are very active. On average we grow about 5k-10k new likes per day with a content interaction rate of 50-100k per day(shares,likes,content). Therefore almost 25% of our community actually engage in some way with our content per day which is very high. Therefore we need to have a long term partner and we will most likely do another 10 apps in the next 1 year. Please send your links to apps that you have 100% developed. Links to app store and play store. We are also okay to do only the game now and then do the separate social app later. We have been advised that we should do two separate apps instead of mixing the game and social app into one. We are open to hear your thoughts and suggestions. We have a budget to do one app and please provide your best.
