iPhone RSS Reader

We are looking to develop a RSS reader app for the iPhone. For this initial version, we need the app to consist of: A splash/default screen A user preference screen An interactive scrolling screen with up to 300 RSS items The RSS request string will be generated based on the user preference The images of each RSS item are provided by the RSS feed. The images needs to be lazy loaded to maximize user response. There needs to have iAd on the RSS reader screen The default orientation is in the portrait mode, when the phone is in landscape mode, the screen will need display larger images. Each RSS item will have multiple URL links. Requirements: You will need to deliver your source code during and at the completion of the project, so we could check progress and verify implementation. The source code will need to be properly compiled and tested by us using the latest XCode. The source should be fully editable, do not use "licensed per app" library please.
