Write an iPhone application

I am in need of a demo version of a mobile app. The designer can build from scratch or use AppMachine or any other free service available online. I must be able to access the demo app on my phone so I can show potential customers how it works and what the full app will look like. I will provide the logo and color scheme, the designer will build the demo app with the following features: 1. Splash page with the company logo 2. Main page with logo and 2 buttons: "Find Deals" and "Dashboard" 3. Tapping the "Find Deals" button will bring up a map to GPS the location. On the map, there should be 6 locations that are displayed with red dots (like in Google Maps). Each dot will represent a local business. When the dots are tapped on, the name of the business is displayed. When tapped again, a page opens to display a discount offer. If that is tapped another page opens up with a bardcode, which represents the discount. This will be for demo purposes only, so we only need a visual representation. 4. Tapping the "dashboard "button will display a page where business owners can create offers that will be displayed to users on the map when their business is tapped on. This page will have a "create new offer" button. When that is tapped a page of options with selections for each is displayed. The options and selections will be: Amount of discount: user selects a dollar amount Time period or # of uses: user selects if they want the offer to run for a certain period of time OR until a set number of offers are redeemed by customers. If time period is selected the user will set a start date/time and an end date/time. If number of offers is selected the user will pick how many offers can be redeemed before the offer expires. When all choices are made the user will tap "Activate Offer". Once that is done the user is taken back to main dashboard page where another offer can be created. I would prefer to speak to the winning bidder prior to work being started to make sure the scope and expectations of this project are completely understood
