But to point mobile network vpn type will be created which takes it to your dns server. By code dns of the mobile network can be maintained. Same DNS server. Here VPN is not for blocking. VPN setup to transmit data to your dns server. Then your dns server allow or disallow depends on you Thanks & Regards,
