Android Java - Solve Audio Analysis Delay - $65 Dollars

Hi. I have been developing an App for months now. First time with Programming Languages. . The App is a little about Audio Analysis: Frequency, and Volume. You can find the Android Studio Project of a Reduced Version of it attached as a File to this Project. . Now, I have gotten to a stage where I need someone to solve the next problem. . You press the only button there is, when the App starts, and then, in the new window, you press Start, and an Audio Analysis starts, showing a Text View with the Frequency as the First Number, and the Volume as the Second, of the Live Recorded Sound, refreshing the result kind of 20 times a second. The problem is that, after two minutes of this, the results starts being delayed, by one, two, or three seconds, and probably more if you let it keep running. (You can test this saying "Ahhhhh" outloud: In this case, the Volume, should go over 1600, while when in "normal silence", the Volume should not surpass 600). . So. As a final detail, I want to mention that I am using a Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime, with Android 6. Perhaps, if you have a "More Capable" Cellphone, there will not be any delay, yet, I need the App to run perfectly on Devices with Android 5 onwards. What it tells me it is not a lack of processing or memory capacity, is that if I reduce the Time Period of Analysis, to Half, there is still no change in the moment when the delay appears, nor in its intensity. . So. That is it. I need to get rid of the Delay, and just leave the App running normally for at least 10 minutes as it were just the First Minute, with No Delay at All. . So. I am willing to pay $60 Dollars for this Solution. You can download the App, Test It and Check the Code if you want. . One thing. Do not press any other Buttons than Live Notes, Start, and Stop, due to that because of that I have extracted many parts of the App, touching another button (innecesary, yet), could produce a Crash. .
