Need to create a native chat box app for android where user can able to chat one-to-one Or in group [login to view URL] windows should have functionality to raise a request for any thing by a user and if any one nearer to his location accept his request can be visible to him and he can chat with any of the selected user. It also need to have functionality of scanning docs/send docs/receive docs, locations capture and share...It also needs to be fully configurable with API interface..
