iPhone and Android App

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME AND PUT LOW QUOTES IN JUST TO GET MY ATTENTION AND CONVERSATION. BUDGET IS A MAXIMUM OF $250 NZD FOR THIS PROTOTYPE. I need a cross-platform app prototype developed that will run on iPhone and Android devices. I want the mobile application to be developed using Javascript and React. The database backend will be MYSQL. What I require the APP to do. 1. I need the device to be able to scan a QR code related to a specific entity. 2. The App requires the user to enter their Facebook registration details, required to share on the Facebook platform. 3. The QR code is used to look up the entity's details from the remote SQL database. 4. Information from the database will be queried to populate the app on the device, with the entity's name, description, and a photo from the database for the entity. There will need to be a website that will allow entities to create a profile and enter their details and an image downloaded by the Application. Doesn't really have to be refined. The website will be hosted on a shared server with HostGator.com. It should be developed with Bootstrap, MSQL, and PHP to keep things simple. 5. The device will now display the entity's details and image retrieved from the MYSQL database and there should be an additional comments dialog, where the app user can write a comment, and there should be a Facebook share button. 6. When the App User enters a comment and clicks the share button, the i9nformation on the app should be posted to the Application Users Facebook Story. [login to view URL] 7.
