I need an Android and Windows mobile and iPhone OS app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. 1. app always run in the background from moment phone start to work (power on). 2. app don't take lots off battery. 3. apps look all the time for Bluetooth name. if Bluetooth name is available apps asked question (for example: if galaxy S7 is in list of Bluetooth or connect to hame apps will asked question). 4. if answer is no, app do nothing. 5. if answer is yes then apps will Waite to Bluetooth name no longer be available or no longer be connected. 6. when no longer connected app will siren. 7. if siren not stop by user app will send Email and SMS to specific number or email. (max 3 number, unlimited email ). email and sms including SMS location (if user approve it before). 8. if siren not stop aging then phone call to user and to 2 emergency phones. 9. app will be in pay, monthly cost true PayPal, google wallet, or iPhone payment. 10. i can change monthly cost wen ever i want. 11. app will automatic run Bluetooth on if is off... very esy to use app. 2 screen at all. app including 1 screen is to manual approval (if google don't recognize user langue) and 1 screen to setting... setting page including: 1. approve to GPS location in email or SMS 2. SMS number and email address list if serine not stop by user. and emergency 2 phone number. 3. Bluetooth name for know when to work. (can select more then 1 Bluetooth). 4. select siren sound. 5. record audio to message by phone call. 6. select if app will start work if Bluetooth name is available or just if user connected to this.
