Modify an already existing Android App

App Name: Aditsa Healthcare available on Android platform only. User Base: App is for Aditsa sales team only, which consist of Sales Rep and Monitoring Directors. App consist of 5 aspects:- a: Presentation b: Planner c: Tracking d: Reporting e: Administration Present Usage and Desired Changes:- a: Presentation:- For Employee ; Presently it work through third party inbuilt link which on clicking the desired presentation tab in the list, opens a third party Power point app and presentation in form of PPT is shown to the client. This method of presenting take time so we wish to change it. Desired change is to have JPEG/PDF method of showing the presentation which is a part of the app. For Admin Directors; Presently uploads the google drive link and then the presentation is available to be downloaded by employee. Desired a simple method of directly uploading it on the app and allowing the changes. b:Planner:- 1: Employee: Presently its a cumbersome process of uploading single name of doctor at a time and then saving it. This method takes lot of time so we are not using it presently. Desired is Bulk uploading it through macro enabled Excel file or a Simpler method where (cut, copy and paste can be done through excel). c:Tracking: Presently employee has two options of registering its call location either though registering the location or through by selecting the Dr. in planner. Desired is to log the location when the new presentation method is open, we wish to keep it as fool proof method and employee is not aware of this method. d: Reporting Presently its a cumbersome method a rtf file is downloaded on to the mobile then we have to cut paste all the details into the excel file to put in front of the employee to discus his monthly output so this has faded out due to consumption of lots of time. Desired a direct download of file as the sample file uploaded. e: Administration No changes required as per now Have an APK of the latest version, as well as Source code as provided by the previous developer. We have to shift from previous developer bcoz of his inability to respond in time and lack of service provided. User Name: mod password : mod123 Will Share the source code once the convinced with the freelancer is fit for the project. Final Milestone will be paid after through testing of any errors for a week. Once the project is completed same person will be used for the future updation. Budget is fixed will not increase it may consider for bonus if felt so.
