Need a developer for consultation regarding adapting a C++/openCV program to iOS

I have proprietary code written using C++ and OpenCV. I am looking for a consultant who can help me transfer the code to iOS. After this is done there will be a need to create packaging as a stand alone app for the Apple store. A simple intuitive interface for the code will need to be developed where the user can enter his phone type. From this changes to the data algorithms will be made. I will handle all of the algorithms for this project. The code does one function and the output will be one or two lines of data output which can be displayed in a message box. For now this is all that needs to be done. After this an ability to extract camera zoom information (percentage of camera zoom data) from an iPhone will be useful. Basically I have a C++ shape detector I would like to use on an iPhone. The input is from the built in camera. From there a canny edge detector is used and then a shape detection algorithm. The output gives me info about the shape. I would like to have the top 3/4 of the screen show the detected image video. At the bottom of the screen I would like two text boxes, one for showing the shape data and the other for showing the camera zoom state. The camera zoom state is not part of the original C++ program and would have to be derived from code you add to the program.
