I have a work experience of 6 more years in Android app development and also working experience in startup where I have to develop and manage a whole complex application from scratch to production single handedly. I think I will do it within the time limit quite easily and also the app will be a clean and smart enough to show you the result in minimal steps.
Project Plan:
1. First page will contain list of employee with their retirement age which you already have entered/saved.
2. Search option to search by employee name, age, and date.
3. A calendar from which you can pick a date and it will show the list of employees to be retiring on that day.
3. Add Employee page:
- A form to enter Name of the employee, Birthday and employer type (Central/ State). If state
government employee then a dropdown list for state names to select.
- Joining date is optional to show the employee service tenure.
- Submit button to show the estimated retirement age.
