I need an app that tracks the installation of hot water cylinder (HWC) installations. The App needs to be accessible via the internet as well. Once the HWC has been installed 5 photos need to be uploaded , installation, access , and safety. The serial number and CODE of the HWC needs to be uploaded There is various Hot water Cylinder manufactures in south africa . Once the serial and code have been entered there needs to be a manufactures screen with Selections Like "Kwikot" "Heattech" "GAP" etc many more manufactures, the installation pictures need to be sent to the manufacturer as well The plumbers licence number needs to be uploaded possibly as a once off item. The clients details need to be uploaded all this information needs to be emailed to different divisions After a certain period of time the APP needs to notify the client the plumber and all other parties that the Unit needs to have its annual service. The plumber will contact the client to notify them of the required service, once the plumber has done the required service he would need to upload proof that the service has been done Im looking for a rather simple to use , not to much to fill out app that can be accessed on the internet
