Hello, I am an iOS developer and have an Android developer friend in my team. So, I can help you with both the platforms. I have worked on search bar and auto-complete before so it shouldn't be an issue. I have also worked on location based app using Haversine formula so I am very comfortable working on it. I would need to know several things before I could give you a reasonable bid. What you are using to create your app, I can code in C/C++ as well as many other languages that maybe be involved in your app and/or server-side. I have not looked at your app, or offerup, but a sign-in/sign-up call could have a performance issue on either the client's side (your app), or the server's side. Are you doing calls to your own server(s), or are you utilizing a 3rd party service? Simple UI changes aren't that big of a deal and don't take too long, optimizing an app for performance in several areas can be very difficult task on the other hand. If you have a lot of bad code, or you're not doing a lot of things properly it could take a lot of work and be a big project. If you care to discuss details further I'm sure there's many things I can help you with within your budget or with reasonable goals and milestones.
