Write an iPhone and Android application

I need to develop iOS and Android streaming apps for an internet radio station. I am only interested in a developer who can develop and maintain both apps. Key features i need are: - ICECast and StreamCast compatible - iOS and Android apps need to look similar (but do not need to be identical) - need to be native apps not HTML5 - needs to be reliable and os compliant (e.g. automatic pause on incoming and outgoing calls, other speaker usage etc) - need to have the option to have Facebook enabled login (with skip) at start-up - need to have the ability to have multiple streams i.e. high quality for Wifi and lower quality for mobile (ideally automatically selected), plus the ability to select a geographical stream (e.g. Singapore or Hong Kong) at initial start-up and then change via a menu option - needs to link to Facebook and Twitter pages and website - needs to be able to show email and phone contacts and directly email/dial by clicking - needs to correctly display metadata I do not mind if the developer is using white-labelled apps as long as they work properly and I am able to get changes many easily. For experience, I am only keen to use a developer in APAC (due to problems contacting current developer) and who I am able to build a medium term relationship with for maintenance and updates. I am only interested in a one-time charge for the app (i.e. no monthly deals and no free-app in return for using our ICECast server deals). I am flexible on price for the right solution.
