Hello, I have looked at the attached powerpoint and could complete this for you in Xamarin Forms. I currently use Visual Studio 2017 for xamarin forms projects. This quote is assuming that your statement about it being essentially just the screens is correct and the web service is already finalized. I would also expect you to provide all images/artwork that will be required, and in the correct formats for each platform. It is worth noting that the current design provided would be highly unlikely to pass apple guidelines, and therefore would not be on the apple store. This is ok if you are expecting manual installations, but not for public installation via the app store.
