Move website to a new server with 0 downtime and 100% functionality

I had sent a mail with this: The conditions that is set forth in the project description is not acceptable for me as working through your shared desktop would be the first hurdle. The second one is the 0 downtime. Since there is no idea how the system is developed and even no idea what database is behind it. And you replied: I trust you and you don't need to work through my PC. I can tolerate some down time between midnight and 6am GMT

Hello, This is a 20Euro task. 1. What is your site domain ? I wanna check what CMS are you using (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla etc) 2. Is your site "active" ? I mean you post content every few hours OR other people are working on it too etc ? 3. Prior any move, we will adjust the TTL for DNS record. For that you need to prepare access to Domain DNS. 4. I can do the move from your PC. Just to have access to both server (new and old). Most important : Before put new site in production, we will test it on your PC only by change hosts file. I can do this job. I have some plugins that can do this work. Just you enter the ftp details in your screen then it will transfer all the files, folders as well as database information. It works on server so it is very fast. O downtime. Please PM me. If I can do then you will pay. Ok?????
