We have two tables in mysql database(v5.6.10). One table has 300 records another table (myisam) has 50 millions records. We will provide you three queries with seven filter condition and 5 order by. We like to optimize those three queries, so that when we add different combination of filter conditions or all filter conditions and different order by, we need to expect the result by 250 msec. Our server has 4 cpu and 4 GB RAM. We also provide you the conf file. When we provide the data, we will provide for 8millions records and you need to make it into 50 millions records. Deliveries: 50 million records table, different combination of three queries, filters and order by with performance timing. We will also test that and ensure we meet the performance.

I am experienced Linux system and database administrator. I can try to optimize your queries but with current project description it is not possible to guarantee results that you require. What I can guarantee is queries that will be optimal for your case. I can't tell how fast you will get results whether it will be in under a 250ms or over 5 minutes - not enough details to even try to estimate this. You didn't even provided your current performance. You do not provide working / testing environment, you don't even provide full test data set. Because all of that you underestimated your budget range greatly. However, if you reconsider your budget range you can send me more details.
