MS Outlook Add-In Project: .NET, SQL -DB, Web-Dev and minor Backend settings, i.e. Firewall rules, etc.

This project intends to implement an MS Outlook extension via a Add-In which is to be updated. The backend and the Add-In already exist (BUILDS) that have to be mounted, updated and some extensions of the features done (Documentation available). The project foresees an implementation of a physically independent and separate DB, File system and Web-Server from that used by the existing MS Exchange. (Documentation of the existing solution and concept if available). The solution sets to solve the problem of having executives meetings be separated and stored on a different DB, File Server, etc. from the central MS Exchange being used by the whole enterprise. The central AD ist used to authenticate users (AD Group). There's a file crawler that checks whether there're new files uploaded, it therefore starts a process that calls a PDF convertor that converts all supported formats into PDF. All these is consumed on mobile App (iOS and Android: WIndows might follow up soon) and on a website which can only be accessed within the intranet (Could also be accessible from the internet after a good MFA is implemented). P.S: The Mobile Apps already exist and are not part of your tasks. Milestones will be discussed and sprints defined. Sprint reviews will be done and payment released after every milestine/Sprint review.
