Experienced C# and XNA developer (wanted to for hire)

We are developing an RPG Maker tool that allows the users to develop their own RPG games without the skill of programming. I need someone with extremely well skilled in C#, ESPECIALLY XNA and game development as well as application development. The person who joins me will get a permenant long term job position until the project is finished. You will be assigned a task and when the task is completed you will get paid according to the agreement between us, I will use freelance everytime when a task is assigned so that it would be a third party that protects both our rights. When you are selected as the candidate to the join the team the first thing we do is introduce ourselves and introduce yourself to the team then we will update you and inform you what we are doing and what is our objective goal. Then when you are up to date you will be assigned your first task through freelancer and when you finish your task you get paid and and assigned another task. Before you are accepted I would like to get an example of your work to see if you are qualified for the job or not. What are the background experience that makes you more qualified for the job? 1) Have played Ultima 7 and know that game and love that game. (Reason behind that is because the editor's engine is going to be based upon that and if you do know that game and love it, it makes it easier for you to understand our objective goal and what are the expectations) 2) Extreme knowledge in C#, application development and XNA. If you get give me examples of XNA games you made that would be a great plus. 3) Be able to do an external library that allows the XNA to load graphics and media from files (for both Windows and xBox) outside the limitations of content pipeline. <== This is so important that if you don't know how to do this, it will hinder your opportunity to get hired big time. Remember, this is a long term job and if you succeed in your goal and proof your skills worthy I will also provide you reference if you wish to work in a company and so on.
