I am resubmitting this job due to the Scriptlance crash a couple of weeks ago. Please look at the website [login to view URL] password baldwin or demo. This is pretty close to what I want programmed. As you can see there are three parts to the program. 1st the Administrator or Photographic Lab. 2nd the Photographer or Person who took the Photographs. 3rd the Customer who buys the Photographs. All photographs are either be uploaded by the Admin(lab) and/or the Photographer. The administrator should be able to select if the photographer can upload. Also the Admin need to do the basic things, assign accounts, passwords, expiration dates, send email to expired account. Photographer needs to have the ability to view the pictures, before he lets his customer see the photographs. This will give him an opportunity to delete/hide/mv those images he doesn't want his customer to see. He also need to be able to rotate the photographs if the are in the wrong direction. Customer needs to be able to view the photographs by first typing a password. Once customer views photographs they need to be able to click on the small thumbnail and make it bigger, thus then giving them the opportunity to buy the pictures from a limited selection of items the photographer has assigned to that event. The customer should also be able to send an email to potential customers to come view this event. Each event the photographer shoots can have different prices and items to buy, but no one event can have more than 25 items(thus allowing for a simple flatfield database-see below). As you can see by the sample, the large picture has an overlay or copyright put over it to stop unnessarry printing of the photograph. Lastly, when an item is choosen it needs to be put in a shopping cart for later checkout. When checking out we currently will not be using an online clearing house. Instead we will be retrieving the information off the server on or after the deadline date(it would be helpful to recieve an email that an event has expired). The administrator or photogrpher will then manually clear the credit cards. (During the setup of the photographer account the admin will choose who will clear the credit cards) We will also need reports that allow the pictures to be sorted by various configurations. eg by item, customer, etc. I would like to have a file structure close to the following. /Program Name -------------Photographers --------------------------Event -------------------------------Category ----------------------------------------Images The Category Folder can hold the data information from that event within. eg the price list, sales tax rate, shipping methods, picture sold. Maybe the Event Folder can hold the information summerizing the that Event. I would suggest all credit card numbers and pertinate information be held elsewhere for security reasons(unless you think it would be safe in one of the above folders.) This structure will lead to photographer having many event folders, but the administrator should be able to run a program to purge old events and items within that event. My thinking regarding putting the data witin the above folders would be if there were ever a problem you could always get to the information for that event without hunting thru a huge database. Also when you delete an event you are deleting old price list, etc in one sweep. As you can see I will be also adding to the above program in the future and would like to have you do the additional work. Online Billing, Greeting Cards, Direct Printing of Images, etc. I do require clean code with discription of what is going on. My intent is in no way to backstab you and use many programmers, but I have to have the insurance of being able to expand this program in the future if you should not be available to program. My business will depend on it. As I said earlier I would like to find a programmer I can work with for years to expand my business make the both of us happy and rich. Well maybe only you will get rich, the photographic industry is cheap, but I do enjoy it.
