We want building a dating site that has elements of a social network around the site. The site will need to be in a modern style, looking like a Web 2.0 site (such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Writeboard, Google Maps etc), the site will need to incorporate AJAX for a modern feel and the real time updating of UI elements. Experience of Perl, Perl Catalyst and XMLHttpRequest are required for this project. THIS PROJECT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN PHP!! ONLY PERL OR PYTHON will be considered. The project will need to be easily "skinnable" into other languages, with the first language being Hungarian, bonus points for Hungarian speakers. The project will use FreeBSD and Linux with MySQL as the backend database. The project can be delivered in English and later translated by us, so don't worry if you can only speak English!
