Video editing project for a short 5 minute video about an dance/techno music festival

I am looking for someone to take about 30 minutes of original content: video and about 300 pictures and edit them using special effects (slow mo, fast mo, blur, etc.) to synchronize the photos and video to a dance/trance song which is about 5 minutes long. The goal is for the video to not look cheesy but to create a trance like (think hair raising) feeling in the viewer. The videos and pictures were taken at EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival) which is a rave/concert promoted in the United States and attracts over 50,000 people. Ideally you should be familiar with this type of event, and the genre of music. The candidate should profess experience with video editing. Ideally, editing dance/techno music videos and have a passion for electronic music. A portfolio which shows sample past work and your proficiency level is highly desired. This will help me understand if you are what I envision (which can be subjective) and reduce a chance of missed expectations. To demonstrate the goal, I will provide you with about 5 samples of videos from Youtube with this genre and overall look and feel of what I want accomplished. If you are thinking a Moby music video where images are taken and synchronized to music... you are on the right track.
