Create Jewelry Box Insert Template in SVG and PNG format

I have a square jewelry box insert design that i need the template made for in PNG and SVG format. There should be two separate files for each format (4 files in total, 2 SVG files and 2 PNG files). One template should be for the upper section of the insert and the other template for the lower section. The files will be used to recreate the insert in Cricut Maker. The image without the dimensions shows how the insert will look when both templates are put together. The image with the dimensions show the sizes of each section of the insert (the yellow lines are supposed to be arrows). I expect it shouldn't take too long to make, hence the budget.
