Looking for pixel artist to help recreate image based on my feedback

I have an image that I've attached ([login to view URL]) which is what I would like to be partially recreated but in pixel art format. I've also attached a pixel jersey that I have had created that would go inside of this pixel image (you don't have to put it I will do it myself but have attached it so you can show for mockup purposes). I have specifics that I would like to see done to the image and will discuss those with the right freelancer for the job.
