Wordpress Plugin Donation

The value showed in the website need to be linked Paypal (So Paypal API needs to be used) so it can show the value in realtime. So there will be retention using database : so every time a new project (goal) is created this king of formula needs to be implmented: Remaining amount to reach = Remaining amount to reach - Sum deposited by the donor This project is not based on hourly rate, but on a fixed rate.
