Modest Dogpile concept applied to specific market

I own the domain name Year Make [login to view URL] and I receive quite a hits without having a website, all I've got it's a parked page with godaddy, I want it to put it to work. This is the idea, since yearmakemodel it's a broad name I've got decided to target the auto industry which is more recognized, the term year make model it's used in every transaction of their inventory. I want to do a basic site (I've got logo and home page designed ready) and I need the back end If you see [login to view URL] they go and "search" for specific query from different engines and then they deliver the results. Since my primary target is to start building brand awareness for year make model, the site will be small, I will need to be able to add sponsored links and banners from an affiliate program I'm suscribed to.
