Product management / cart system(repost)

Hello, I have a client who an ASP system that is half done and he wants to get it completed. As I own my servers this can be either a PHP/MySQL system or ASP.NET/MSSQL, your choice. This was the original bid details from a contractor here: -------------------------- 1) A user management system (front end) including registration and the ability to view orders (see the status) or cancel orders that are in the "received" phase. 2) A back end user management system to manage the back end options 3) A products management system that will be displayed for ordering in the front end. There should be categories (so a categories management page also) for each product and the ability to manage name, price, thumbnail, picture, description and quantity. 4) An order management system to view orders and ability to set status of order (Received / Processing / Completed), each status should email the user indicating current status (bilingual emails). 5) The actual ordering page (front end) that will pull in the categories and display the products (if the quantity is not 0). Before ordering the user needs to have an account and be signed in. Please note that this a bilingual website so we need the ability to have 2 description fields (one in english and one in french). We also need to easily manage emails that are sent out to the user (new account, new order, new status). We'll provide translations for the french side of the system. Also each product should be managed in english / french from the same interface if possible. Also if a product is ordered in the english store the quantity must also be deducted from the equivalent product in french. We also need to have the cart/store properly integrated into the visual design of the website. -------------------------- This was the original bid request: <[login to view URL]> You can imagine the client really scared of paying again but I assured him that we would find an excellent contractor!
