SMS SMTP Gateway, Logging and Billing, Web Service API

I require a ready-made SMS Message Server with source. I have a very good idea of what I require, it's up to you to prove have delivered a similar solution before, as a quick delivery is required. You have an accelerated option of utilising a core application that you will be linking with. This is most likely the startcorp SMS connect gateway. The Startcorp gateway would be chosen based on its interaction with MSMQ and the ability to deploy multiple gateways linking back to the MSMQ server at a relatively low cost. If you have another proven solution that connects via SMPP or UCP then I would be interested to find out more. I am looking for a proven development written with .net architecture. Coders able to provide an evaluation copy, screen shots and a full description would be advantageous.
