Newspaper Publishing Needed - Multiple Advertisements / Graphics

We are looking to publish a small community Newspaper in English Language. The newspaper will be about 20 pages long. Size 11inches X 17 inches (Although we will confirm the final size later). Apart from designing the layout, you may be required to make some new graphics / advertisements as well. Where possible, we may also provide you with some example graphics and layouts /sample pages. Our printer most likely require that the graphics be CMYK and either TIFF or EPS format. Graphics for print media must have high resolution (dpi) - minimus 300 dpi or above. You are expected to use a software of your choice. We will also provide you with the content. So you may not be required to do any authoring etc. Some of the options of using Software for layout are: Microsoft Publisher or Quark Express or InDesign or Corell Draw etc etc. We prefer Quark Xpress version 5. Although may consider to work with others. Since the files are likely to be heavy, it will not be possible for you to always send them through E Mail. So it is important that you have access to high speed internet. The files could be as heavy as 20-40 MB. Even the complete newspaper may be more than 40 MB. At the time of bidding you must confirm following: The type and speed of high speed internet available at your end. Your dates / times of availability. Note: You are bidding on making the complete layout of the newspaper apart from some new ads (10-15 new ones every time). ## Deliverables 1) As a final version we will expect you to provide us following: a. Complete electronic file of the newspaper in the format as created by your software e.g. publisher or Quark Express or InDesign or Corell Draw etc. b. Copy of the same in PDF format ready to go for printing press i.e. Pre-Press ready. You may use PDF Writer or Distiller or any other software of your choice to do this. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-print condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Customer Confidentiality: You are not allowed to contact our customers directly. Nor are you allowed to use the private information in the content / advertisement for any personal or business purposes (to include marketing, soliciting for any purpose or selling / renting / sharing the information communicated to you by us, for use by you or to any thrid party(ies) for any purposes what so ever).
