GPS File Manipulation

Project involves renaming existing files created by a 3rd party GPS software package and moving these files to a different directory structure based on the day of year since January 1 (julian date) ie Jan1=001 Dec31=365. The application will need to be scheduled to run hourly. Also all files are required to be in lower case. The existing file structure is d:\corsdata\coh1( coh1-coh7)\rinex and will need to changed to d:\corsdata\rinex\2004(or current year)\001(day 0f year)\coh1(there are currently 7 stations coh1-coh7)\ filename(there will be 1 file per hour) Example: d:\corsdata\rinex\2004\001\[login to view URL] d:\corsdata\rinex\2004\001\[login to view URL] There is also d:\corsdata\coh1(coh1-coh7)\trimble that will need the same structure as above except rinex replaced with trimble. The required structure can be found at <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
