Store/Restore NTFS Features(repost)

We need a Win32 console application (C++) that can store/restore NTFS features from one volume to another, specifically: 1. NTFS Permissions (Security Descriptors) 2. Reparse Points (Junctions, Hard Links, Mount Points, etc.) The command line syntax would be: [login to view URL] -store/restore [drive] [dat file] Today our process copies over 100,000 files from one volume to another, so the performance of NTFSTOOL is critical. Again, NTFSTOOL is *not* responsible for copying files/folders, only for storing/restoring the NTFS attributes mentioned previously. Here is some pseudo code: Store() For Each Folder In Volume ...If Folder Is Reparse Point Then ......Write folder path and reparse info to store ...Else ......Write folder path and security descriptor to store ......For Each File In Folder .........If File Is Reparse Point Then ............Write file path and reparse info to store .........Else ............Write file path and security descriptor to store .........End If ......Next ......For Each Subfolder In Folder .........Store() ......Next ...End If Next Restore() For Each Entry In Store ...If Entry Is Reparse Point ......Recreate reparse point ...Else ......Apply security descriptor ...End If Next ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
